Job development services are designed to match qualified clients with prospective employers. It provides training and support to clients and assists them in finding and retaining competitive employment in a community work site of choice. It targets certain jobs/industries/sites that match the client's expectations, skills, and abilities. We have, and continue to build, excellent relationships with a broad range of employers in Central and Southern Maine. We specialize in community based employment, sharing job leads as well as job sites within our businesses and industries.

Services provided to prepare client for employment include: Job seeking skills which include creating a resume, filling out a job application, developing interviewing skills and techniques, mock interviews, interpersonal communications, and workplace etiquette. We also attend interviews and assist clients with pre-employment testing.

We can arrange informational interviews and job shadowing to provide hands on information pertaining to a specific job prior to the application and interviewing process.

We can arrange situational assessment to further identify job expectations and satisfaction upon approval from the funding source.
